This is Jean Rubio from the Photoshop team at Adobe in this video I will show you how to edit the stroke and fill of a shape layer here I have a document with a single shape layer when I select this shape layer in the layers panel I can edit the stroke and fill using the options bar for any of the vector tools by vector tools and referring to the shape tools and pen tool as well as the path selection and direct selection tools as you can see the shape layer stroke and fill options are available in the options bar for all of these tools also note that the stroke and fill settings reflect the settings of the currently selected shape layer if there is no shape layer selected in the layers panel the settings in the options bar will only affect the next layer that is created now I'll go into more depth on the various panels in the options bar for the vector tools here's the fill panel that I briefly talked about in another video once again there are four types of Phil no Phil you'll see the area inside the shape is now transparent solid color gradient and pattern when you select a fill type the panel changes accordingly the no fill and solid color sections both allow you to select from a list of swatches if you choose one of these swatches in no fill mode it will automatically switch to a solid color this recently used colors bar at the top the panel shows colors that have been selected in one of the shape layer panels are selected as the foreground or background colors clicking on this swatch the upper right will open the color picker which is another way you can choose a solid color the gradient section allows you to choose from a list of gradient presets and there are some basic gradients editing controls as well here I can add stops by clicking under the gradient swatch and double-click on the stop to open up the color picker I can delete a stop by dragging it off of the panel I can work with opacity stops as well using this control and then delete them in the same way there are other gradient controls such as type and angle if you find that you need more advanced grading and editing you can open up the full gradient editor by clicking on this swatch the pattern section also has a preset selector along with a scale setting the various sections of the panel have corresponding flout menus that allow you to change the view of the panel or even save and load presets I will get into the copy and paste options in another video the stroke color panel has exactly the same controls as the fill color panel except that it obviously affects the stroke rather than the fill, so I'll move on to the stroke weight slider there are multiple ways to work with this control you can use the scrubby slider just hover over the stroke label and drag to the left and right this will change the stroke weight value in increments of 1 integer if you want finer grained control you can use the regular slider like this with this slider control open you can use the up and down...

The purpose of rights is to protect the fundamental freedoms and entitlements of individuals and ensure that their dignity, autonomy, and well-being are respected and upheld by society and the government. Rights are typically enshrined in constitutions, laws, or international treaties, and they are essential for promoting equality, justice, and a democratic society. Fundamental rights may include civil liberties (such as freedom of speech, religion, or assembly), political rights (such as the right to vote), social rights (such as access to education or healthcare), and economic rights (such as the right to fair wages or property ownership). The recognition and protection of rights contribute to creating a society where all individuals are treated with fairness and are able to fully participate in public and private life.
The information that must be reported on rights includes the following: 1. The purpose of the rights issue: It is important to explain why the company is issuing rights and what it plans to do with the proceeds. This may include funding growth opportunities, reducing debt, or financing acquisitions. 2. The number of new shares offered: The company must specify the number of new shares that will be issued in the rights offering. This helps investors understand the dilution impact on existing shareholders. 3. The subscription price: The subscription price is the price at which shareholders can purchase the new shares. It is crucial to disclose the subscription price so that current shareholders can evaluate the attractiveness of the rights offering. 4. The subscription ratio: The subscription ratio determines how many rights are needed to purchase one new share. This ratio is calculated based on the number of existing shares held by shareholders. 5. The start and end date of the rights offering: The company should specify the dates between which the rights offering will take place. This helps shareholders know the timeline for exercising their rights. 6. Rights trading information: If rights can be traded on a secondary market, the company must provide information regarding the trading symbol, start and end dates for rights trading, and any restrictions or conditions associated with trading. 7. Procedures for exercising rights: The company should outline the procedures for shareholders to exercise their rights, including the required forms and payment methods. 8. Potential impact on existing shareholders: It is important to disclose the potential impact of the rights offering on existing shareholders, including any potential dilution effects or changes in ownership percentages. 9. Risks associated with the rights offering: Companies are required to disclose any potential risks associated with the rights offering, including market conditions, regulatory risks, or potential challenges in executing the proposed plans. 10. Contact details: Companies should provide contact information for any queries or clarifications regarding the rights offering, including contact person, phone number, email address, and postal address. Note: The specific reporting requirements may vary based on the jurisdiction and regulatory framework where the company is listed. It is recommended to refer to the applicable regulations and guidelines.
The penalty for late filing of rights varies depending on the specific legal jurisdiction and the nature of the rights being filed. In many cases, there may be specific rules and regulations outlined by the relevant authorities that govern the penalties for late filing. Some potential penalties for late filing of rights may include: 1. Financial Penalties: This can involve monetary fines or penalties imposed on the individual or organization that fails to file rights within the specified deadline. 2. Loss of Rights: In certain cases, the late filing of rights may result in the forfeiture or loss of certain privileges or benefits associated with those rights. 3. Legal Consequences: Late filing of rights may have legal repercussions, which could include lawsuits, legal disputes, or other legal actions taken against the delinquent party. It is important to consult with legal experts or authorities in the specific jurisdiction to determine the exact penalties for late filing of rights in a particular situation.
